Summary:Background. Tuberculosis or TB is a challenges for global public health problem. Government Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia established that Anti-Tuberculosis (anti-TB) drug as very essential medication and guaranteed affordability by the government. The problem of initial observations to the Pharmaceutical Installation Polewali Mandar Regency, showed that stock out of anti-TB drugs, defective and expired medications, and inadequate of drug distribution in Pharmaceutical Installation Polewali Mandar regency. Methods. Research using descriptive analytic and collected retrospective data. Data analysis by triangulation method from observation data collected, checklists and in-depth interviews. Research sampling techniques on the selection of primary health care using stratified random sampling and respondent interviews using purposive sampling. Results. Percentage of anti-TB drugs logistics damage/expire is 16,10% in in Pharmaceutical Installation Regency of Polewali Mandar regency and in health care facilities could not determine. Quantum deviation percentage of anti-TB drugs logistics distribution in Pharmaceutical Installation Regency to Primari Health Care is still varied between 13 up to 81 packets of anti-TB drugs logistics, in General Hospitals Polewali Mandar regency could not be determined.The availability of anti-TB drugs logistics in Pharmaceutical Installation of Health Service Regency in the Polewali Mandar is 3.24 months, the number of availability of anti-TB drugs logistics in primary health care is still varied between 1.40 to 0 months, and the availability of anti-TB drugs logistics in general hospitals Polewali Mandar regency could not be determined. Conclusion. Evaluation of anti-TB drugs logistic storage in Pharmaceutical Installation Polewali Mandar Regency sub-standar and percentage of anti-TB drugs damaged/expired is not meet with Ministry of Health requirement, and in facility health care could not determine. Evaluation of anti-TB drugs logistics distribution in Pharmaceutical Installation Polewali Mandar Regency lack of Ministry of Health requirement. The Availability of anti-TB drugs logistics in Pharmaceutical Installation Regency is not save, in primary health care is still varied between 1.40 to 0 months, and in General Hospitals Polewali Mandar regency could not be determined.
