ETD Glaucoma is a set of symptoms with characteristic signs such as optic neuropathy of Glaucoma with defects or failures of typical vision field constriction as to require OCT and Humphrey examination to evaluate damage rate as result of Glaucoma. This research aimed to find correlation between Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer (RNFL) thickness and retinal sensitivity of patients with chronic Glaucoma. This research used cross sectional design to find correlation between Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer thickness and retinal sensitivity of patients with chronic Glaucoma. Subjects of research were patients with chronic Glaucoma coming to the Ophthalmic Polyclinic of DR. Sardjito Hospital and YAP Eye Hospital, Yogyakarta. The results of examination indicated that strongest positive correlation was positive correlation between temporal OCT examination and inferonasal HFA (r-0.558), Superonasal HFA and temporal OCT (r- 0.550), and nasal OCT and superotemporal HFA (r=0,535). So that, measurement of Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer thickness and OCT of patients with chronic glaucoma was highly relevant to evaluate periodically other than perimetry.
