Summary:This graduating paper aims to describe Goa Pindul concerning the potentials of Goa Pindul as a natural attraction, the public perception of the tourists/visitors about the development of Goa Pindul as a natural attraction, the role of the local people and the government in the development of Goa Pindul, and the efforts to bring in tourists to visit Goa Pindul. For collecting data of this research, the writer uses two methods: qualitative analysis method and 3A�s potentials tourism analysis (Attractions, Accessibilities, and Amenities). Qualitative analysis method includes interview, direct observation, library, and internet research which are related to the object of this research. In 3A�s potentials tourism analysis (Attractions, Accessibilities, and Amenities), the writer analyzes the potentials of Goa Pindul as a natural attraction in Gunung Kidul. In conclusion, Goa Pindul has huge tourism potentials that can be developed as a natural attraction. However, there are some deficiencies in its management. These deficiencies include tourism facilities and infrastructures, conflict management in the management of Goa Pindul, and the development of fund are still lacking.
