Summary:PT Tirta Investama Cianjur is a company engaged in the production of Bottled Drinking Water. Management of the company's supply chain involves many parties in it, both internal and external parties as well as covering a wide and complicated range of activities. In general, the challenge is in managing the supply chain complexity, supply chain structure, and the presence of uncertainty. Therefore it requires good planning and performance measurement within each activity. Company's supply chain performance measurement performed on the input parameters in the form of reliability planning company (Plan Service Level), and also the realization of output parameters such as shipping companies and fulfillment of lead time demand (Delivery Service Level). Performance value for the enterprise supply chain system input in the planning process (Plan Service level) of 600 ml SPS AQUA products amounted to 92.28% and for 5 Gallons AQUA products amounted to 95.58%. Furthermore the value of the performance to system output of supply chain companies in the process of delivery (Delivery Service Level) parameters based on delivery for product realization of 600 ml SPS AQUA is amounted to 96.40% and 5 Gallons AQUA products amounted to 93.31%. While based on the calculation of lead time percentage, the average delay that occurs during the process of product delivery of 600 ml SPS AQUA and 5 Gallons AQUA products respectively by 26.59% and 18.66%. Based on the measurement results, companies should review the planning method that is used primarily for product 600 ml SPS AQUA and the product loading system into the transport vehicle during the shipping process because 70,00% of the lead time during the process caused by the product total load time into the transport vehicle.
