ETD Prototype of measuring system for temperature and heart rate of the human body based on microcontroller ATMega32 has been made in this final project. The prototype has been designed to facilitate for monitoring of temperature and heart rate of the human body by means of the serial communication. Temperature and heart rate data will be shown in the Visual Basic 6.0 as interface. Design of the system is using microcontroller ATMega32, LM35 Sensor Temperature, and Heart Rate Sensor Chest Belt Kit. In this system. The results data of the measurement is strored in an extention file ASCII. The results can be stored automatically in specified time. Overall the system can perform retrieval temperature and heart rate data in one minute (60 seconds). From the results of testing the system, we can know that the heart rate and temperature sensor work well. The values of the heart rate from sensor heart rate have deviation when compared to the output data from stetoskop measurement. The deviation values is 0,56 bpm.
