by the campus. Of observations in the field indicate that many of the physical
infrastructure and facilities built by the University less sustainable and not well
maintained and not implementing asset management in maintenance.
Case study in Asset Management and Maintenance Directorate (DPPA),
Gadjah Mada University is updating the data and condition survey of buildings in the
Faculty of Pharmacy and building improvements LPPT Unit 1 Pharmacy UGM.
Implementation of the survey include data updating buildings, wide, building
conditions and building damage in each building in the Faculty of Pharmacy. This
survey began on March 8, 2013 until March 15, 2013.
Many conditions asset building UGM good damage minor damage, moderate,
severe, or to do repairs and maintenance of buildings more intensively. Maintenance
and Inventory building with the concept of \"Asset Management\" is essential to
maintain the asset value and condition of the building according to function and can
be used until the end of life plans.
Building maintenance activities Faculty of Pharmacy has not followed the
concept of Asset Management, particularly in terms of policy-making and planning
of the building maintenance system as a whole and there is no concept of
infrastructure as an asset in the planning of maintenance activity. |
