Westinghouse contains 4 criteria with detail levels as well as having a direct relationship with the operator and working conditions. Issues raised is the difference personal of the western operator and Indonesian operator and different environmental conditions, in addition the detail leveling not necessarily represent the small scale industries. So the purpose of this research was to adapt the value in the Westinghouse table to make it more appropriate for Indonesian operator who work in small industries. This research was done by observation and interviews with industry owners and operators about skill, effort, consistency shown by the operator, including output targets, adaptation time, consistency of motion and measuring environmental factors (condition). Data were obtained then analyzed and synchronized with the standards set out in the Westinghouse table. Next step is to adaptation or simplify the values of Westinghouse table and fit with the data has been obtained. The results is the adaptation of Westinghouse table that contains 4 factors, with 3 classes in each of these factors.
