Summary:Developmet in the field of structure nowadays are enconntering a rapid progress and improvement. Concrete is one of structure material options in bluilding construction, and production costs, the concrete were mixed with fly ash. This research was conducted to reduce pollution, especially fly ash pollution as a result of burning coal residual, and also to decrease the production costs of the concrete itself. To obtain the result of mixture, this research using concrete compressive strength test and the concrete permeability test using normal concrete as a comparison. The aggregates used from PT. Jaya Readymix Yogyakarta, while the cement and fly ash from PLTU Tanjung Jati. From the compressive strength and permeability coefficient test obtained that the optimum content of fly ash as cement substitute is 15%.
