Failure occur in inner parts, so we must be disassembly component to look the failure. Failure which occur caused bad maintenance in job site, so produce many problem. Hydraulic oil must in good condition, so inner parts not occur many worn out, this for prevent omount of contamy particles not added in hydraulic oil system. Every part have critical point what must be good condition because it will performance determine of main pump. Good maintenance will decrease risk of failure. All information obtained is real evidence what occur in Reman-Hexindo. The study method are the collecting data from many literatures, the observation of main pump failure condition and the technician experiences.
