Competition in the future to attract tourists, both foreign and domestic to visit historical temple is increasing. Moreover, when traced from the same character in the historical attractions like Borobudur, Prambanan, and other temples. Preparation on performance the attributes that draw on the services sector tourism interests that can lure tourists to visit more. Performance attributes sights basically have an important role in boosting tourist attraction. This is because the attributes are collected to form an image of the tourist attractions that have a stake in determining the selection of which of attraction will be a destination for tourists to visit. Assessment is an important attribute in the park Borobudur temple, can be done through a comparison of the performance appraisal of existing attributes in Borobudur Temple with its interests. The results of these studies can also determine the amount of the image generated by the park Borobudur temple.
