This research aimed to give an illustration about Paris Bakery�s business position and prospects. This knowledge can used to formulate the appropriate development strategies by considering the owner�s opinions. The analysis tools that used in this research are Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, Product Life Cycle (PLC), and General Electric (GE) Matrix. The result of anaysis with BCG matrix shows that Paris Bakery is at �question mark� position, the result of analysis with Product Life Cycle shows that Paris Bakery is at growth phase, and analysis with GE matrix shows that Paris Bakery�s industry attractiveness and business strength is in medium level right now with scores 2,58 and 2,52 in a row.
