One of that responsible and gets essential role outrival this spa's effort is spa�s receptionist. Writer wants to know spa's receptionist role in give satisfaction to expect a guest on one of hotel at The Hotel Phoenix Yogyakarta. To the effect of inscriptive it is subject to be know how qualification and job description of professional spa's receptionist. Writer use methodic research descriptive one that acquired through various data collecting tech kinds as observation, interview, study in library, documentation and field work practice.
