| Summary: | The increasing number of critical areas to make the government,
especially the ministry of forestry, to make efforts to combat and prevent it. One
such effort is the KBR program. Kebun Bibit Rakyat Program (KBR) is one
program Forest and Land Rehabilitation (RHL)-based self-managed communities,
and aims to provide good quality seeds, thereby increasing public interest in
planting. One of the villages that received assistance in 2012 was Desa Bulusulur,
Wonogiri. In connection with the implementation of the program based on selfmanaged
communities, where community groups are prime movers as well as
implementer the program, so that aspect of perception and public participation to
be things that need to be known in the implementation of the program in the
Village Bulusulur KBR.
The purpose of this research include: 1) determine public perceptions of
the KBR program in Desa Bulusulur 2) Assessing public participation in KBR
program. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data
collection techniques used method of quota sampling, which is the quantity of
respondent / informant had been determined before direct observation in the study
location. This study uses descriptive analysis, in which variables and the results of
the research are translated and described as a research facts relating to the
perception and participation.
Perceptions of KBR program that includes understanding, motivation,
satisfaction and profits, is considered positive, as seen from the public enthusiasm
and satisfaction felt by the public on the implementation of program. In harmony
with this, which includes participation, role, shape of, the potential of
participation and review of the implementation of the program was also
implemented properly and in accordance with the regulations that shade.
Committee and the community has a role and participation forms are almost the
same. Only at the stage of planning and design, and in the form of new ideas and
no public involvement in it. |
