Processing the demographic data and administration data conducted by the government of prana village , presently, has been organized mostly by using computeritation system. nevertheless, the demographic data which processed has not yet integrated to other data such the election data consisting of the permanent elector data, the auction data and also the calculation data of APBDes because it is still processed by using the manual system. Regarding to above circumstance, An information system of demographic data and administration data has been created. This information system is built based on web by using PHP language program within Codelniter, javascript within framework jQuery and database of MySQL. This information system is able to process the demographic data to be used as the elector data, the APBDes data calculation, creating the report of demographic data, the report of election data and the report of ABPDes and also provides the information of job vacancy for society.
