Pig that usually castrated is boar, but female pig is seldom be castrated because the operation is more difficult. The method of castration in CV. Adhi Farm is open castraton method. The method is proper thing in the management of pig farm to prevent aggressive behavior. Somehow, open castration method causing pain that triggers stress, so animal welfare must be cosidered. The porpouse of the study is to know the level of obedience CV. Adhi Farm Karanganyar employer in piglet castration process on march 2013. To know about the level of obedience by learning the literature. The taking of data is performed when field practice on 11 to 16 march 2013. The data were observed of the study is pig castration process. The result of the study is castration process doesn�t suitable with literature in case of prepare and after castrastion process. The use of anasthetic both local general can be done to provide animal welfare especially piglets. It can reduce pain, and also can ease castration process. The implementation of pig castration in CV. Adhi Farm is done withaout adding anasthestic, so advised to do the provision of anasthesic both local or general to facilitate the implementation and full fill animal welfare of the pig castration.
