Mechanical Engineering Diploma college, Gadjah Mada University is one of the buildings that utilize freight lift transportation.To make lift can be operated, it need operate control system that function the lift movement. Lift system control in this campus was changed from relay system control to PLC system control.Therefore, its needed a new PLC program to control mechanism lift. This final project report is the study about create a new PLC program and analyzing the lift system control. This lift program is wrote in Logic control staircase diagram with considering security factor. The software was used to create the program is CX-Programmer. This program was made in a section with the purpose to simplify the monitoring and improvement if damage happen. That sections are main program section,relay memory section, buzzer section, buzzer emergency section and output section. From the results the lift can be operated again with PLC system control.
