The purpose of this thesis is to design a device which can withstand the belt conveyor so that the conveyor can operate when the weather is rainy. The methods that used in this thesis there are several kinds. First do a observations about the process of crushing and loading, second make design tool. Third calculate the design. Fourth redesign draft results. In the design process, the size of the components can be determined by knowing the specifications of the material at first, so we get the design or optimal design. On calculation the lifetime of bearing become to be very long time, this because the radial load which happens is small and age of nominal is 8.763x10 h".
