Summary: | To reduce cost of production, enhancement efficiensi

manufacturing very influential, particularly reduce manufacturing process
(manufacturing process identified as time of setup process). In this study, JIG with
Clamping is the support equipment or tool of the function to hold and direct
workpiece to determined position so the manufacturing process more efficient.
The other function, JIG Clamping keep the good quality of the
result
manufacturing process.
There are some steps that used to preparation of the this final task. The
first is observation of the system installation in the welding shop area. The second
is conducting library study to the relevant articles and books. The third is
calculate and measurement point of coordinate to put the Locator. The fourth is
choice the material to make the JIG Clamping. The last make the SOP (Standard
Operational Procedure), step by step to used the JIG Clamping in manufacturing
process at welding shop area.
From the research have showed JIG Clamping to reduce set up process,
and line stop, so make the manufacturing process more efficient. |
