specially produce supplied to custumer the AHM (Astra Honda Motor).
PT. Pakoakuina Motorcycle manufactures a wide range of alloy wheels,
That is KTMK Front, KWWF Front, K07A Rear, KVB Front, KVB and KZRA
Rear. To determine the specifications of the wheels can be processed in
machining line, machines used to manufacture wheels in machining line are
OKUMA LCS-25-AWR. With layout tool on the tool post less efficient placement
and number of placement tool different with offsets� number and nose-R
compensation�s number.
So with the background necessary to apply patterns to support the optimal
operation of efficient layout tool on the tool post and number of tool placement
different with offsets� number and nose-R compensation�s number, in this case
will be assessed on the Improvement of Layout Tool to Reduce wasting Insert
Tool with the aim of reducing wastage insert tools used to produce wheels
manufacturing in machining line, to increase number of target�s production in
every shift and shorten the machining time. |
