The writer will make a composite from aluminium powder and glass waste with acrylic powder as material addition. The composite was made through two stages. it are green specimen and finished specimen. In the green specimen process was performed by layer manufacturing machine was run by a computer. And then the finished specimen process was performed in the oven. The data obtained from this study can be conclude, that the composite has larger dimension than the design that have made.
