Yoga Rebel Studio is a fitness center and pilates yoga exercise training. Transactions systems and records sytems was running in rebel yoga studio�s still use paper as a media storage. The customers who came should always write the data themselves every practice. That requires an information system that is capable of handling customer data collection, employee data collection and conduct transactions on Rebel Yoga Studio. Information System of rebel yoga studio was created using PHP with Codeigniter framework and MySQL database. The Information System of Rebel Yoga Studio is also created using javascript with jQuery framework. Information system of rebel yoga studio is capable of handling transactions and reporting transactions of training coupled with customer data processing, data employee processing, yoga exercises packet data and categories processing.
