needs for hospitality facilities needs brought about by increased economy on
business and tourism sectors.
At the beginning of the project, the contractor set about the process of
planning and scheduling the execution later in it will be sorted again been compiled
based on the level of interests in order to prepare for possible acceleration of work
many problems that occur during project execution resulting in delays in the work.
In practice, the acceleration process is influenced by several factors, among
others, support tools, costs, methods of work, human resources. It is basically to
