Power supply circuits are critical components in all electrical systems. A power supply is a device that supplies electric power to one or more electric loads. Relay is an electromagnetic control devices that can turn on and off the contactor. Relay is an electronic switch because there is a coil that will move the contacts to break and connect when the coil is given a flow electric current. The aim of the study is make the training kit in order to make the students be able to understand about the system control of power supply, relay, switch, LED and motor beside that the students are able to learn more about the components of the control system. The trainer kit is using acrylics as block panel for assembling components. To make the block panel design could use software Corel draw and then acrylic through the cutting process with use machine laser cutting. After finish make design and prepare the component, the next process is assemblied. The result of the study shows that the training kit and control system are eisier to learn about the scame and make the students are understand. The system control and electric that never to learn directly can be presented with training kit.
