Ever since the management of aquatic territory appeared, many palm oil companies competed for exploitation practice. In the phase of making a plan of the harbor, bathymetri map of 1:1000 scales is required. The survey was referred to TOR of the developer. For hydrographic survey, the accurateness of measurements has to be referred to the accurateness standard issued by SNI (Standard Nasional Indonesia). Since there is the lack of certain technical specification of TOR, the writer is interested in conducting the analysis of sounding result for the main sounding line in Sangkulirang aquatic territory, East Kalimantan. The method of data analysis includes data plotting of sounding and depth position. The result of data plotting of sounding is depicted into contour graph of depth. It will be overlaid by survey plan sketch and be used in creating bathymerti map. The result of this process is reviewed for the implementation of the plan of sounding line by referring to the regulation of SNI. With the help of software Autocad Land Developement 2009 can be performed visual analysis of tolerance deviation fixed point lane plan. Amount of deviation between the fixed point rows lane assistance plan is calculated using Microsoft Excel software. The analysis in this study includes analysis and visual count. These jobs produce 1:1000 scale map bathymetri. In this map include information about the depth of the aquatic teritorial in the form of contour lines and the analysis results show distorts sounding position to plan sounding column. By the research, it is found that there is the irrelevancy of sounding position towards the plan of sounding line. Actually, the plan line and the range interlines have met SNI regulations. However, the irrelevancy in the depth rates position allowed is occurred. The irrelevancy in the depth rates position occur the most significant by 91,7 % on line 16 it is due to many factors influenced while the field survey. Based on the evaluation of sample points for the depth value with reference to the SNI standards obtained value with the error tolerance for confidence level of 95% at a depth of 1-55,445 m equal to ± 0,877 m, so can be expressed entire the data sample points enter tolerance. Furthermore, based on the results of statistical tests for the confidence level of 95% obtained a absolute error of 0,220 m, the value of standard deviation of ± 0,468 m and the value to at 0,760, so that can be expressed that the data of depth obtained enter tolerance at confidence level of 95%.
