| Summary: | The presence of new media has brought the impact of changes to the organization of the Bank BPD DIY by differentiation in the organizational structure with the establishment of Information Technology division. In the face of these changes, the Bank BPD DIY doing their differentiation in the structure by adding the Information Technology Division which serves to provide, manage human resources and assist employees in operating system used.
For internal use of new media, Bank BPD DIY using the CBS Intranet (Coore Banking System) and e-mail. CBS system is automatically controlled by the center. They decided to make their own IT systems they will use. choose to invest in the human resources field by giving credence to its human resources to create, maintain and manage their own IT systems. Internet use by the Bank BPD DIY basis used internally for Bank BPD DIY investment in information technology, achieving goals as the Bank BPD DIY Regional Champion (BRC), security and improving employee performance.
For external activities, Bank BPD DIY use website, which is actively used the www.bpddiy.co.id. Bank BPD DIY also uses Youtube, foursquare and social media such as facebook and twitter. In addition to using the Bank BPD DIY website also use youtube, foursquare, twitter and facebook.
