Ash ejecting mechanism by vibration system has been developed to help ejecting gasification ash residue process. Beside that, this research is also expected to making out problem of temperature unstability in reactor chamber and stove. Ash ejecting mechanism is doing by a DC electrical motor grate system. This research using single factor experiment with RCD (random complete design) experiment design. Research done by providing treatment variation of ash grate vibration consist of vibration interval in 2 minutes, 6 minutes and 10 minutes and long vibration on 5 seconds and 15 seconds. In this research performed two research data analyze, such as grafical analyze and statistical analyze using the analyze of variance (Anova). The result showed that variation of ash grate vibration interval in 2 minutes, 6 minutes, and 10 minutes significantly affect to the stove temperatue for long vibration on 15 seconds. Whereas variation of ash grate vibration interval did not significantly affect to reactor temperature, both of long vibration 5 seconds or 15 seconds, and to stove temparature for long vibration 5 seconds. Overall views of average reactor and stove temperature, the best treatment is vibration interval in 10 minutes with long vibration on 15 seconds with reactor temperature 356,559 oC and stove temperature 508,4345 oC.
