Tuberculosis remains a global health problem for developing countries, especially in Indonesia which is the fifth highest in the world. Tuberculosis sequelae can occur on most patients who experienced healing after treatment. Tuberculosis sequelae changes cause changes in the lungs so that the decline in lung This study aims to determine differences in restrictive and obstructive pulmonary function in various degrees of sequelae of tuberculosis. A cross-sectional analysis performed on 67 patients with pulmonary sequelae in pulmonary clinic of this hospital in Yogyakarta and BP4 city area Yogyakarta.The degree of severity through thoracic images posteroanterior (PA) with index Willcox. Spirometry tests performed to get an overview of lung function such as forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1). Distribution or the distribution of data was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test. Test t / U (Mann Whitney) was used to analyze different mean / median difference FVC and FEV1, age, height and weight according to the severity of sequelae of TB with Willcox index 1,2 and 3.
