Summary:This study aims to determine the discrepancy deed of sale with charging guidelines deed of sale (case study No. 80/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Kds) and its legal consequences. The method used in this study is a judicial-normative study, which focuses on library research, which essentially seek theories, views which are relevant to the covered subject matter. However, the study also conducted field research to support field research. This study used secondary data. Deductive analysis method is a method of analysis by applying a rule of law for the settlement of a case, applying a law in abstracto in solving legal problems in concrito. deed of sale Based on the results of the study according to Decision Number 80/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Kds charging guidelines found discrepancies with the with no numbers, not specified day, date, month, year, no signatures of witnesses, and the signature PPAT which clearly violate the provisions of authenticity that requires charging done as the guidelines. As a result, according to the judges the deed of sale has not been done or happened. The Judge�s decision is considered as inappropriate because the deed of sale has not been done or happened, despite the charging is not in accordance with the guidelines, but mainly because the land is in dispute and also blocked. Object of buying and selling are prohibited by regulation to be transferred.
