The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a comprehensive framework and a coherent vision and mission translates into a set of integrated performance measures. Pharmacy Business Unit PD. Ciremai pharmacy is one of the business units owned by the municipal government Cirebon engaged in community pharmacy. This study aims to identify the performance of the Business Unit Pharmacy PD. Pharmacy of Ciremai with four balanced scorecard perspectives namely financial perspective, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth, where the measurement results can be used as a basis for the preparation of the company's strategy map. This research is a descriptive non-experimental approach using quantitative data obtained through financial reports, direct observation, and survey of recipes using evaluative descriptive analysis and qualitative data obtained through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with the Pharmacist and Director of PD Pharmacy Ciremai. Previously tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire using Pearson product moment analysis and Alpha Cronbach with SPSS 17.0 software. Based on the results of the study the average performance of the Business Unit Pharmacy PD. Pharmacy Ciremai overall average indicator in good condition
