This study aims to determine the implementation of the DMI facility (Dermatogliphic Multiple Intelligence) as an additional service to the students in Primagama. This research also aims to find out how to overcome the problems in default by franchisors in the implementation of additional service DMI (Dermatologisphic Multiple Intelligence) in Primagama. This research is a kind of empirical legal research. Empirical legal research is a study based on secondary data as the data initially, followed by a primary data or field data. This study took a franchisor and franchisee Primagama subject. Means of data collection in this research is a list of questions used to guide the interviews conducted with direct intervew on research subjects and informants. Collected data were qualitatively analyzed and delivered to the descriptive analytical method. The results showed that the implementation of the facility DMI (Dermatogliphic Multiple Intelligence) as an additional service to the students in Primagama obstacles. There are positive response and negative response to the franchisor in implementation policies DMI (Dermatogliphic Multiple Intelligence) as an additional service to the students. Weak legal basis for the implementation of policies DMI (Dermatogliphic Multiple Intelligence) as an additional service to the students is a major factor causing a default under this policy. Peace efforts and kinship is preferred by Primagama solution to overcome the problems that arise offense.
