This study aimed to find the correlation between the level iron status and donation frequency in the regular blood donors at Yogyakarta. Design study is cross sectionale. Subjects were the voluntary blood donors at UPTD PMI Tegal gendu Yogyakarta. There are 32 subjects, 25 males and 7 females, mean age 35,5 ± 9,3 years. Distribution of subjects based on donation frequency 10 times and > 10 times. Mean Hb 14,5 ±1,4 g/dl and 14,5 ± 1,1 g/dl, serum iron73,8 ± 19,4 μg/dl and 93,2 ± 29,2, ferritin 73,1 ± 78,8 ng/ml and 76,9 ± 55,6 ng/ml. Correlation coeficient between donation frequency 10 times with Hb (r = -0,559
