known as vendor is a company that provides repair service for spare parts. PT. Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (KRA) in collaboration with a number of vendors in the spare parts repair activities. The decision to choose a vendor that fits the criteria required by the specified quality and time is not an easy job. To assist in determining the order of vendors to choose from a number of vendors who fit the criteria and required by the company then a decision support system is needed. Decision support systems for selecting Manufacturing, Fabrication and General Machining service provider utilizing Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). ANP method is used to determine the weight of criteria by decision makers and then the TOPSIS method is used to determine the ranking of service providers. DFD is used to design the system as a guideline for the implementation of the software. software which is built to be stand alone and developed using the Java programming language as graphical user interface and MySQL as database.
Result of this research is an application used for the selection of Manufacturing,
Fabrication dan General Machining service providers based on predefined criteria. The
test results on the application can provide order of service provider that can be used as recommendation for decision maker to choose service provider in the spare parts repair activities. |
