Summary:Unemployment rate and disparities between regions in Indonesia influence people to migrate. Timur Tengah becomes the main destination of labor because of close to Indonesia with the same religion. Migration of woman labor increases almost every year to Timur Tengah even though administrative barriers and negative information exist. Most of labors are migrated to Timur Tengah from Desa Sindang Jaya in Central Java west, labors of Desa Sindang Jaya are not affected by barrier and the negative information. This research to determine factors which affect the interest of labor migration in Ciranjang, especially in Desa Sindang Jaya. This research uses in Desa Sindang Jaya uses primary data from 60 women labors in Desa Sindang Jaya as respondens. Estimation of interest in migration is analyzed uses Linkerd. Binary research Linkerd analisys shows such as level of education, the ownership of land, the marital status and the availability of work in the region origin does significantly influence the interest of Desa Sindang Jaya women labors migrate to Timur Tengah. While factors such as Age, the working status and the revenue does not significantly influence.
