Summary:Yogyakarta has high mobility in the field of international tourism. The background of differences in the characteristics of each police station in the jurisdiction of Police Yogyakarta taken into consideration to examine the work output and officers work stress levels associated with conflict management style of kapolsek (chief of sub-district police station). Considering as mentioned in the background of this research, a jurisdiction of the Police Yogyakarta is 32.5 km2 divided into 14 police station and consists of an average of approximately eighty individual police officers, with coverage of duties between 0.63 km2 (Pakualaman Police Station) up to 8.12 km2 (Umbulharjo Police Station). Comparison between the number of police and community has surpassed the ideal number as the United Nations recommended. This research is quantitative research and supported by qualitative data. The research methods of data collection is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is retrieved using interviews and questionnaires consisted of three variables: Conflict Management Style, Work output and Stress Levels of police officer. Secondary data, supported by documentation and literature study in Yogyakarta Police Station. The research concludes that there are four categories of conflict management styles that emerged between the police chief who are researched, ie compromise, collaboration, accommodation and avoidance. While the Competition Conflict Management Style is not found in this analysis. Compromise Conflict Management Style is found dominant in this study. There is a significant relationship between conflict management styles kapolsek to police officers work output. Conflict management style of kapolsek give effect to the output member of police work. In this research, it can be concluded that there is an influence between different kapolsek conflict management styles for police officers working output. There is no significant relationship between kapolsek conflict management styles to work stress levels police officers, or in other words the kapolsek conflict management style has no impact on the work stress level of the police officers.
