| Summary: | The Problem of maltreatment, neglection and parenting culture
which is not supportive become part of parenting problem in poor
community such as Sidorame. The effort to build the awareness of
parenting seems to slow due to the assistance /aids is more
consumptive. Communal approach is one of choices to solve that
problem. People are directed to be more independent. Local wisdom
potential which is ignored is developed to solve parenting problem
facing by the society.
This research aims 1) indentifying the strategy of positive
parenting to make the source as problem solver of parenting, 2)
describing the change dynamics on parenting after participatory
action research is conducted. 3) Analyzing the wisdom emerging
during parenting changing process. This research is qualitative
research and it applies participatory action research. Participant
