Therefore, a research has been prompted to find the replacement for flour and rice which are focused on local resources. One of the local resources that have great potential to be developed is cassava. Cassava as the main raw material of mocaf is one of great production numbers on Indonesia's agricultural. Dried noodles �PUTRI 21� industry is an industry that processes commodity mocaf flour into mocaf dry noodles. The industry is still new and wants to increase its production capacity in order to fulfill the increasing demand from consumer. This study was conducted to determine the feasibility of industrial �PUTRI� 21 seeing from the aspects of the market, technical and financial as well as analyzing the sensitivity level. In the industrial feasibility analysis from market aspects, it was done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, and then analyzes the technical aspects of the raw material needs, determine the production capacity according to machine capabilities and the existing labour. The feasibility analysis of the financial aspects is done based on assessment criteria for long term investments in order to determine the industry feasibility. Based on the research that has been done, seeing from the market aspects, the product can be accepted by consumers and justifies to be sold.
