| Summary: | Many poverty alleviation programs have been conducted in Indonesia. Program is the concept of empowerment become belle of the government in addressing issues and current efforts to reduce poverty. One is the National Program for Community Empowerment Urban (PNPM Urban). The PNPM Urban prioritize the involvement of community members in every stage of activities - activities ranging from the process of participatory planning, decision-making to the implementation of the program implementation and process keberlanjutanya.
This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Determination techniques by using purposive sampling, and informants who were targeted in this study are the intended beneficiaries of aid programs goats either scrolling programs, social programs or exercise & healthy way. Key informant, Mr. BKM Barokah Tugito as coordinator, representative government Srimartani staff, facilitators and facilitator activities coordinator Bantul City. Data was collected by interview, non-participant observation techniques were carried out in the field directly and documentation.
This study aims to determine how the implementation of PNPM Urban program in social work at Srimartani. Social programs are carried PNPM Urban Goat PACKAGE PAKEM Ngudi Mulyo Srimartani and Program Pre-Gymnastic & Healthy Way Elderly - Elderly Srimartani, both social programs is a decision that comes from Srimartani aspirations. Implementation of social programs is still not fully optimized to perceived benefits. It can be seen from the process of extracting the aspirations that have not shut down the whole society and the low tier community involvement program beneficiaries. Some things to be aspects that affect the implementation of the program, the level of community participation, and sustainability of social programs in PNPM Urban Srimartani.
The results showed that the implementation of the concept of social empowerment program that is managed by BKM Barokah . BKM Barokah as vice PNPM Urban and as a community representative has not been fully pro- empowerment as the process stages of planning , implementation , and monitoring and program sustainability . Note also about the sustainability of both the social programs , programs PACKAGE PAKEM Goat BKM Barokah expected to alleviate poverty by building self-reliance patterns of the poor themselves stuck in the middle of the street . Unlike Gymnastics & Healthy Way program , this program can be said to be a lighter initial success gymnastic activities & healthy way in every hamlet in Srimartani . BKM Barokah partners assisted with various parties successfully menginstutisionalisasi sustainability of this program .
