This study aims to compare the level of customer satisfaction between live site selection around the station with site selection beyond the station. And to compare suplly and demand the extent to public transportation technology development of Electric Train in Indonesia and Singapore. The Research is use nonparametric statistical by quantitavive. Data obtained through interviews with questionnaire to KRL user respondents in Jabodetabek and Singapore. The result showed that there is no differences between customer satisfaction around the station with beyond the station. Second result showed a significant differences regarding train customer satisfaction and difference in daily fact payload capability with the potential payload capability between Indonesia with Singapore.
