This leads to a sense of curiosity of students to learn and know what is contained in the heavy equipment diesel. Such as the working principle of diesel engine, and work flow schemes diesel engines, diesel engine sand systems on the components contained in the diesel engine. Electrical systems are part of a system of diesel engines. Electrical system sand functions have an important role to provide energy in the diesel engine. Instrument Type Engine Motor Grader 4BT3.9-C110 consists of components of the starting system, charging system components, and component trainer. Trainer is one part of the electrical system that plays an important role in electricity. Methodology of making trainers that work planning, design and frame mounting panel boards, tools and materials used, making the trainer and the mount base boards, installation of electrical components on the trainer. The engine electrical system consists of the starting system which serves to change the electrical energy stored in the battery into mechanical energy to rotate and turn on the engine and charging system that serves to recharge the battery and provide electrical supply current for engine accessories. Assembly begins with the electrical system wiring from the battery to the starter motor and then proceed to the trainer wiring, alternator, and electrical components supporting other. Electrical components on the engine motor graders consists of starter motor, alternator and additional components trainer.
