The objectives of this research were to know the length-weight relationship and condition factor of mullet (Liza subviridis) inhabit in Opak estuary, Bantul Regency. Totally 402 samples were collected using gill net measure 1¼ to 3 inches every month from July 2012 to June 2013. Identification and analyses of sample were conducted in the laboratory. Each mullet were measured for the total length, body weight and sexed. The data were analyzed to determine the length and weight distribution, length-weight relationship, and condition factor. The result showed that total length of the male mullet was ranged 7.9-29 cm with weight ranged 5-325 g, while total length of the female mullet was ranged 7.2-35.9 cm with weight ranged 3- 492 g. Both of male and female mullet have negative allometric growth, following the equation W = 0.0141L 2.911 for male and W = 0.0198L 2.80 for female.
