This research aim to examine how the low visibility of retailer can effect customer satisfaction in online shopping with its characteristics as the moderate variable. This research adopts Structural Equation Model (SEM) as the main analytical tool to investigate the experience of shopping through online shopping sites in Indonesia. The results of this research found that: first, low retailer visibility cannot be influence customer satisfaction
