ETD This research aims to analyze perception, expectation gap, and transparency of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) implementation in PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap. Definition of CSR according to ISO 26000 is �responsibility of an organization for the impacts of its decisions and activities on society and the environment�. The research objects involved in this research are employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap and its built society. Problem formulation is to prove existence of gap of perception, expectation, transparency in CSR implementation between PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap and built society. These gaps measured with theoretical-model and three hypothesis with Mann-Whitney Test and Wilcoxon Test. Samples were obtained from 214 respondents: 71 employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap and 143 persons (represent PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap�s built society). The result shows gap between PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap and its built society in: variable of perception of impacts in CSR implementation, expectation and direct impact of CSR programs, perception of transparency (accountability) in CSR of PT.
