Magazine. But overall, professionalism of women journalists have been able to
compare with men, but there are some condition that have to pull her back into the
domestic sphere, such as: pregnancy and parental decisions. Tug of war between
the profession and the domestik role of women journalists still going on. For
informants who have married, shall bear the role of multi-role / triple burden of
women. This position is placing women in a superwoman syndrome. it means,
home work responbility still become a main factor in doing her proffesional work |
