The program consists of formal and nonâ��formal education scopes, for example Soccer School, a wide range of soft-skill trainings, and Bus Pintar MEDCO. In determining on how effective and intensive a community empowerment program, there are four dimensions that have to be measured: input indicators, process indicators, output indicators, and outcome indicators.
