ETD Remote sensing technology has evolved towards digital, it was began from data collection until data processing digitally done by using a computer. DEM from technology manufacturing aerial photography created by stereoplotting. Stereoplotting method can be done with two ways that is interactive and automatic. There are advantages and disadvantages of these methods. The advantages to be gained from an interactive method which have a higher accuracy compared with automatic method. This project was conducted to determine the accuracy of DEM from aerial interactive stereoplotting process is to use software DAT / EM Summit Evolution. Project location in the Gadjah Mada University campus with a relatively flat land conditions. The data needed to perform the study are, medium format of aerial photography, LiDAR technology DEM data, and orthophoto data. DEM data from LiDAR technology and data orthophoto used to be processed. DEM accuracy of stereoplotting known result by calculating the value of the raw deflection data from the selected sample, sample selection is done with the aim over the sample can be obtained from the data represent the entire population. From the project done by taking a sample of 113 sample points then obtained the mean height difference 0.876 meter. With a minimum height difference 0.005 meter and maximum height difference 2.915 meter. The vertical raw deflection of DEM stereoplotting mediun format photography 0.628 meter sample size.
