Revitalization process in terms of policy aspects, management aspects, and
physical aspects. This study also reviewed the level of success of the revitalization
process.
The purpose of this study was to determine the process and the level of success in
implementing Museum Vredeburg museum revitalization program.
This study used a qualitative approach. This study empirically the juridical field
research focuses on thorough and systematic and supported by the research
literature and secondary data. Methods of data collection were interviews, field
observations and literature studies.
The results of this study indicate that Vredeburg Museum are optimal in the
revitalization goals. Revitalization process also encountered some barriers
related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources Vredeburg Museum of
financial management and the management of the museum, however other aspects
that influence the revitalization process such as policy aspects, collection
management, visitor services management, and physical aspects have been
implemented and fulfilled. |
