| Summary: | Server performance monitoring is the most important thing in keeping the
stability of server�s. In terms of monitoring server, it is the main task of the
administrator to make sure that the server is running well. However, it�s impossible
for them to stay for 24 hours/7 days in front of the computer. Thus, we propose a
solution by developing a monitoring system�s web application based on Simple
Network Management Protocol which can help administrator in case saving and
processing the outcome of monitoring process in a real time.
In this research, the problem addressed to build a monitoring server�s web
application in a real time using Simple Network Management Protocol. This
application can monitor the server which use Linux as their operating system, who
can show the outcome of monitoring process in the form of graphic in a real time
on the browser.
Based on the testing result, this application can serve a service to monitor a
server which can show graphic of server condition and server process, beside that
this application also can add, remove and edit the authentication key configuration
of that server. |
