Summary: | The electric motor is an electromechanical device that converts mechanical
energy into electricity energy. This mechanical energy is used for, for example,
rotate the pump impeller, fan or blower, drive the compressor, lifting materials,
etc.. Electric motors are used in the home (mixer, electric drill, fan) and in the
industry, so it takes maximum care to maintain the efficiency of the motor. One of
the factors that can affect the efficiency of the electric motor is sparking at the
motor.
At this internship opportunity working writer Final Project case study of a
dc motor with a power output of 260 KW, 700 V voltage, and current 399 A,
which occurs sparking.
