In the final task, the authors will discuss the technology of motorcycle from Suzuki Corporation, that is the electrical system on Suzuki Let's FI. The object of this thesis is to explain more details for the components and electrical circuit on the Suzuki Let's FI by making a Training Kit. The main purpose of making this Training Kit are to give help to students in order to gain the knowledge about the electrical system on the vehicle-based Fuel Injection System (FI) and be able to understand the performance of each components. The methods used are the first is directly observation to field studies, interviews and library. The second is planning of making Training Kit, and the third is making Training Kit and then analyzing and experiments. The results showed that the Training Kit can be applied by good. This can be help to understand the working principles of ignition and injection systems on Suzuki Let's FI. Therefore, it is expected this will be a very useful tool for students who will learn more in combustion systems, in particular, on the instrument panel and lightning systems.
