Four independent variables in this study are factors of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, personality traits of prudence, and the personality trait of extraversion. While the dependent variable is a sub-scale of organizational commitment, namely affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. The study site is in PT. Rajawali Cipta Media. Respondents of this study amounted to 103 employees. Measuring instruments used in this study is a questionnaire that measured using a Likert scale and SPSS 16.0. The hypothesis of this study is the intrinsic motivation factors and the nature of prudence have positive effect on affective commitment and normative commitment and extrinsic motivational factors and the extraversion trait have positive effect on continuance commitment. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression techniques. Results of the analysis conclude that there is positive relationship between intrinsic motivation factors and the nature of prudence together to affective commitment with sig = 0.001 and there is positive relationship between intrinsic motivation factors and the nature of prudence together on normative commitment to the value sig = 0.004 and there is a positive influence between extrinsic motivation factors and extraversion trait together with the commitment of continuous sig = 0.013.
